This 3,200 SF development is composed of 2 historic structures. One the “Main House” and the other a 2 unit rental property. The building was developed by MA/D. The “Main House” was fully renovated, and the ground of the property given landscaping and paving improvements. Presently, the rental property has been approved by the West Palm Beach Historic Commission for façade improvements and renovation.
