Palazzo - Projects is a public architectural archive and catalogue operated by Shop Palazzo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

When you browse the site, we may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If enabled, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand traffic and performance. Those services are designed to avoid advertising cookies and do not use your data for ad targeting.

If you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, along with optional fields such as phone number, company, and location. We also record the type of inquiry you select and, when available, the page you came from. To reduce spam and abuse, we store your IP address and apply rate limits. This information is stored in our database (Supabase) so we can read and respond to your message.

When you submit the contact form, we send a transactional confirmation email to the address you provide and notify our team by email through Resend. We do not sell your personal information.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google receives a token from your browser to assess whether the submission is likely to be spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.

Some pages may embed third-party content, such as YouTube videos on the homepage. When that content loads, the third party may collect information according to its own policies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode where available.

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond, manage our relationship with you, and maintain reasonable business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no website or email transmission is completely secure.
