An Upper East Side apartment opened into a loft-like plan, with height carried by custom light and a spare palette.
Full renovation of existing apartment. The design creates a loft-like apartment with a focus on accentuating the space’s height with the use of custom lighting, minimal finishes and a reduced material palette.
