A 1,500-square-foot prewar efficiency on East 79th Street, opened with sliding doors, a white palette, and custom ceilings.
Full renovation of a 1,500 SF efficiency apartment in a prewar building on E79th Street in Manhattan’s Upper Eastside. The design is minimal and white. The project features operable sliding doors to combine all rooms as well as a custom ceiling and lighting design. MA/D provided full design services, building department filing, MEP and consultant coordination, and construction administration services.
