Two new floors on a four-story brick building at Broadway and 39th, with a glass elevator, bar, and a guest apartment.
This new roof top addition restaurant concept was developed for the PRYM LLC of New York. It is located on the corner of 39th and Broadway in NYC. The design included the addition of 2 floors to the existing 4 story brick building. Design features included a glass elevator, two floors of restaurant and bar space as well as a small guest apartment. McKay was responsible for the project concept design through Construction documents and NYC Department of Building.
