A life-sciences village for Incheon’s Medi City, planned as a research cluster for jobs, tax base, and reputation.

Life Sciences/Biotech Village is a portion of the Medi City Development Area of Incheon. After having worked for over a year with Incheon’s Biotech advisor, Soo Young Stanford Lee met with the mayor and his other advisors. He formulated a proposal that meets the needs and interests of the City and Incheon Urban Development Corporation (IUDC), while following market-driven development fundamentals. We created for the City of Incheon, a legitimate industry business cluster in the Life Sciences/Biotech area. The city is looking to ensure job creation, tax revenue and reputation that a world-class, cutting-edge Life Sciences Research and Development Park will offer.
