This project represents a premiere, mixed use development opportunity in the heart of Atlantic City's Casino District. With over 350' of dramatic ocean front, this historic, boardwalk location sits directly between the major ingress and egress transportation arteries in town. The project consists of over 2500 apartment style hospitality suites, casino, gaming center, event facility, retail pavilion and F&B locations with the greatest hospitality amenities package ever contemplated in the US.
