A rooftop restaurant and event room atop a 1930s Fashion District tower, found through unused zoning floor area.

7000 square feet restaurant event space developed for Savitt Partners at 530 7th Avenue. MA/D provided zoning analysis for of this over-built 1930’s tower in New York’s Fashion District. MA/D found an additional 11,000 SF to realize this new restaurant a top the office tower and make other additions to the building usable SF. MA/D provided full design and architectural services– design development, production of construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction supervision and worked together with Interior Designers Meyer Davis to complete the interiors project.
