A 10,000-square-foot flagship on Atlantic Avenue: wine bar, shop, restaurant, and offices above.
The 10,000 square feet bar, store, restaurant, and 2nd floor offices were developed for the Wineroom as a second and Flagship location on the busy Atlantic Avenue of Delray. MA/D provided concept design, furniture design, design development, production of construction documents, MEPS and Structural engineering consultant coordination as well as local Building Department submittals.
