A study in Surabaya to finish an unfinished concrete frame with shops, restaurants, parking, and a rooftop hotel.

This several million square foot development was a study to finish an existing concrete frame and reinvigorate the area surrounding the project in Surabaya Indonesia. It featured a roof top hotel and wedding venue as well as 9 floors of parking and 5 floors of high-end stores and restaurants.
