Cast-iron facade restoration of an 1880 warehouse condominium, adjoining two neighboring Greene Street projects.

20 Green Street is a 7-story cast iron warehouse that was originally designed in 1880 by Samuel Warner respectively. The building is presently a residential condominium. The façade was in great disrepair, and we were proud to return it to its’ former and improved structural state. MA/D together with ACHA Architects provided all historic restorations and construction administration services, MA/D provided drawings and coordination with NYC Building Department, Landmarks Preservation Commission for approvals. This project adjoins 2 other MA/D restoration projects at 28 Green Street and 34 Green Street.
