A Harlem rooming house gutted into four apartments, three with their own outdoor rooms.
This 3,200 SF building was gut renovated and developed by MA/D. This SRO was in disrepair the converted into 4 high-end apartments. All apartments were converted to 1and 2 bedrooms, three of which have individual private exterior space for each unit.
