Mixed Use Property 75 Broadway Kingston NY

This project for the adaptive reuse of the existing 10,000 square feet 3 story building located in the historic Rondout area of Kingston NY. The building was developed by McKay and PS Design of NY. This project renovated and expanded the original 5 unit structure to a 9 Unit 4 story residential/commercial use. The project required major structural modifications and additions to the building envelope. MA/D together with PS design provided all architectural design and interior design services, consultant coordination and the City of Kingston Building Department filing.
