A 3,800-square-foot Tribeca loft for an antique collector, renovated in simple, transitional rooms.
Full renovation of a 3,800 SF apartment. The design is transitional as the client was an antique collector and asked for an apartment with simple yet elegant forms. MA/D provided full design services, building department filing for an increase in floor area, consultant coordination, and construction administration services. The interior design was done in collaboration with Samantha Crasco.
